Restorative Health Care, P.C. provides the service of Massage Therapy for promotion of overall health. The various types of massage offered are described below.

Types of Massage:

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: 
A full body massage that works a much deeper layer of muscle and tissue. The deep pressure of this massage helps for greater penetration of tense muscles and to work out those deep knots in tired muscles and joints.

Hot Stone Massage: 
An hour and a half full body massage utilizing various sized hot stones that are placed on different acupressure points on the body. The hot stones are then used to massage the body and induce a deep heated relaxation. This treatment promotes removal of toxins from the body to assist with a deeper level of healing in the body and spirit.

Tequila Massage : 
Enjoy an hour long relaxation massage with the wonderful aroma of Tequila and sage, and the medicinal properties of the Agave plant. Let your mind wander to the islands and relax!

Aroma Therapy Massage:
A one hour massage with the addition of essential oils to relax the body through the aroma and healing properties of different essential oils.

Swedish Massage: 
A therapeutic full body massage that uses broad flowing strokes to work to ease the tension and stress in tight and sore muscles. Good for promoting a whole body relaxation, lower your stress levels and relief from everyday aches and pains.

Upper Body/Back Tension Release Massage: 
A 30-minute massage that focuses on loosening tight and sore muscles of the upper body and back.

Trager Technique : 
This one and a half hour appointment utilizes gentle rhythmic rocking movements to induce states of deep relaxation. It helps the nervous system's communication with the muscles, and can be used as a method of rehabilitation for people suffering from traumatic or chronic injuries or anyone who wants to release tension and support a softer way of movement and lifestyle.

Scheduling:
Hours are by appointment only and are designed to permit the proper amount of time per massage.  Please help by being on time so that no one will wait for his or her massage.

Cancellation:
24-hour cancellation notice is requested in order to avoid a $25 cancellation service charge.

Environment:
For your comfort and well-being, smoking is not permitted. 
For the peace, comfort and harmony of the massage, please avoid bringing small children at the time of your appointment.
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during the massage.

All Massage services are available as gift certificates for any occasion.
